1. Eligibility: The Gougeon Brothers Inc. WEST SYSTEM® 305 Dispensing Pump Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Gougeon Brothers Inc. and its affiliates are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
2. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway entry period begins on October 3, 2023, and ends on October 5, 2023 ("Giveaway Period").
3. How to Enter: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter, participants must visit the Gougeon Brothers Inc. booth at the designated trade show during the Giveaway Period and provide their contact information as requested. Only one entry per person is allowed.
4. Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The winner will be chosen on October 9, 2023, and will be contacted by phone or email. The winner must respond within five (5) business days of the initial contact to claim their prize. If the selected winner does not respond within the specified time period or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be chosen.
5. Prize: The selected winner will receive one (1) WEST SYSTEM® 305 Dispensing Pump. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash equivalents will be provided.
6. Consent to Receive Marketing Material: By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to receive marketing material from WEST SYSTEM Epoxy, a Gougeon Brothers Inc. brand. Participants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the communications.
7. General Conditions: Gougeon Brothers Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without notice. Gougeon Brothers Inc. also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.
8. Privacy: Personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will be subject to Gougeon Brothers Inc.'s privacy policy.
9. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Gougeon Brothers Inc. and its affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising out of or related to the Giveaway or the prize.
10. Governing Law: The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, United States.
